Photo Release Agreement

Ownership & Authority

By submitting photographs, videos, written stories, captions, or other content to Turn Em Outdoors, you confirm that you own the submitted content or otherwise have the necessary rights and authority to submit it and grant the permissions described in this agreement.

You also confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, your submission does not violate the copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person or organization.

Permission to Use Submitted Content

When you grant permission through our submission form, you give Turn Em Outdoors, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, crop, resize, format, and otherwise adapt the submitted content for legitimate promotional and commercial purposes related to Turn Em Outdoors.

This may include use on our website, social media accounts, product pages, email communications, digital advertising, printed promotional materials, and other Turn Em Outdoors marketing materials.

No Additional Compensation

Unless Turn Em Outdoors agrees otherwise with you in writing, you understand that submitting content and granting permission does not entitle you to payment, royalties, products, discounts, or other compensation for our permitted use of that content.

Credit

We may identify or credit you by your name or social media account when practical, but credit is not guaranteed and is not a condition of our permission to use submitted content.

People Appearing in Your Content

If identifiable people appear in submitted content, you confirm that you have permission to submit the content and authorize its use as described in this agreement when such permission is required.

If a minor appears prominently in submitted content, the person submitting the content must be the minor's parent or legal guardian, or must have appropriate permission from the minor's parent or legal guardian.

Selection & Publication

Submission does not guarantee that your content will be published or featured. Turn Em Outdoors may choose which submissions to use and where they are displayed.

We may make reasonable edits necessary for presentation, including cropping, resizing, formatting, or minor visual adjustments, while preserving the general nature of the submitted content.

Requests to Stop Future Use

If you later want Turn Em Outdoors to stop using submitted content, you may contact us with enough information for us to identify the content.

We will make reasonable efforts to discontinue future uses under our control. However, we may not be able to recall or remove materials that have already been printed, distributed, published by third parties, or incorporated into previously produced materials.

Agreement

By submitting content through a Turn Em Outdoors submission form and affirmatively granting the permissions presented with that form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Photo Release Agreement.
