After checkout, you should see an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation email or text using the contact information entered during checkout.
Check your spam or junk folder if the confirmation does not appear. Contact us if you still cannot locate it.
Contact us as quickly as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to help before the order is packed or shipped.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or been shipped, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. Address changes cannot normally be made after a package has shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during launches, promotions, holidays, or unusually high order volume.

Yes. Once the shipping label is created, tracking will be sent to the email address or phone number entered during checkout.
It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to begin showing movement after the carrier receives the package.
Check around the delivery area, with members of your household, nearby neighbors, and your local carrier.
Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered shortly before final delivery. Allow one additional business day, then contact us if the package has not appeared.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet the eligibility requirements described on our Returns page.
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Include original tags and packaging when available.
Items must be free of stains, odors, hair, damage, or other signs of use.
Exchanges depend on available inventory. Some product drops may be limited, so the requested replacement may not be available.
When a direct exchange is not possible, the original item may need to be returned for a refund before a new order is placed.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable.
Current Turn Em Outdoors hats use premium Richardson blanks selected for reliable fit, structure, and outdoor durability.
The exact Richardson model is listed in the product description when applicable.
Most current hats use an adjustable snapback closure. Review the individual product description for the exact fit and closure style.
Spot clean the hat by hand using cool water, mild soap, and a soft cloth or brush. Avoid machine washing, machine drying, bleach, and harsh cleaners.
Allow the hat to air dry naturally while maintaining its shape.
Some core products may return, while limited drops and certain colorways may not be restocked.
